Genesis South San Francisco, a 21 acre, 800,000± square foot life science campus comprised of three towers, is the new gateway to South San Francisco - the birth place of biotechnology. Sitting right off Highway 101 at the base of the San Bruno Mountain, not only does it offer unmatched visibility, but it is the first hi-rise project to offer high quality amenities within a life science campus in South San Francisco’s life science cluster.
The South Tower is 12 stories of laboratory, office and collaborative space. Amenities include Foccacia, a full service market and bakery, a 5,000± fitness center with yoga space, more than 30 types of apparatus, free weights, showers, lockers and towel service, a 230 seat conference center/auditorium with stage, lighting and sound, and a seven story parking structure for employees and clients. The project also has a variety of transit options with shuttles to BART, Caltrain and Bay Ferry Service.

In addition to office and lab space, it will include a high-end gym configuration supplying the tenants with state-of-the-art equipment and a cardio area, retail facilities on the ground floor, conference rooms and more, to meet your team’s needs on and off the job.
