CORRINE GULUTZ, CPA
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, CORPORATE CONTROLLER

Corrine brings over 31 years of accounting experience to the P3RE team, specializing in start-up companies within commercial real estate and the life sciences.  Directly out of college, Corrine was recruited to work at Arthur Andersen & Co. where she spent two years in the audit department, small business division.  After receiving certification as a Certified Public Accountant, Corrine left public accounting to pursue a career in private industry.

Corrine’s industry experience prior to joining P3RE includes hospitality, real estate development, property management and publicly traded biotech start-up companies.  With a wide range of management, accounting and organizational skills, Corrine is able to handle the requirements of running the office both administratively and financially.

Corrine graduated from San Diego State University, Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor’s of Science in Applied Arts and Sciences, Business Administration, with distinction in Accounting.
