GENESIS Campus Point at 4224 is a 96,000± square foot, 2-story building located in the University Town Center (UTC) submarket at the epicenter of San Diego’s life science cluster. Converted from a traditional office space, Campus Point has been transformed into a Class A, state-of-the-art life science building with floor-to-ceiling glass, flexible laboratory systems, a full-service fitness center with a lap pool, an on-site café and exceptional access to Interstate 5 and 805 freeways. The dramatic and unique atrium incorporated into the design of the facility not only draws attention to the building and the campus, but creates an attractive common space for collaboration and social interaction, and provides natural lighting to the facility through the use of skylights.
